Gunpoint Exploration (GUN) has announced a C$1.5M non-brokered private placement.

It will offer up to 3,000,000 units priced at $0.50 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for $0.75 for 24 months from the closing of the offering.

The company intends to use the proceeds for exploration on its Talapoosa Project, an open-pit heap-leach gold deposit in Nevada, as well as for general corporate purposes.

The company expects the offering to close on or about February 15, 2022.

Gunpoint is focused on gold exploration in Nevada.

Gunpoint Exploration (GUN) closed unchanged trading at $0.55 per share.
