Brunswick Exploration (BRW) has announced a non-brokered private placement for proceeds of up to $4 million.

The offering consists of 6 million units at a price of $0.175 per unit and 10 million flow-through shares at a price of $0.20 per flow-through share.

Each unit will include one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of $0.23 for two years after the closing date.

The net proceeds from the offerings will be used for the exploration of the newly acquired lithium projects in Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia, as well as for general corporate purposes.

The offerings are available to accredited investors and existing shareholders of Brunswick and are expected to close by May 11.
