Winshear Gold (WINS) has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing to $650,000.

The financing will now consist of up to 10,833,333 units priced at $0.06 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will allow the holder to purchase one more common share for 24 months from the closing date of the financing.

The financing is expected to close on or about August 16th.

Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the Gaban Gold Project and for general working capital purposes.

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Winshear Gold is a Canadian junior exploration company focused on exploring and developing the Gaban Gold project, the Tinka Iron Oxide Copper Gold project in Peru, and the SMP Gold Project in Tanzania.

Winshear Gold Corp. (WINS) opened trading at C$0.05.
