FireFox Gold Corp. (FFOX) has announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,000,000.

The company will issue up to 10,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable for one additional common share for a term of two years from the date of issuance.

The shares issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months.

FireFox Gold plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, working capital and exploration activities on its gold exploration properties in Finland.

FireFox Gold Corp is a gold discovery company engaged in the exploration and development of gold properties in Finland.

Firefox Gold Corp. opened at $0.09 per share.
