Salazar Resources (SRL) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to C$3,000,000.

The company will issue up to 30,000,000 common shares at C$0.10 per share. 

Insiders led by Fredy Salazar and current shareholders of Salazar Resources Limited have committed over C$2 million to the Private Placement.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and exploration.

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Salazar Resources Ltd is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration of mineral properties in Latin America. Its projects include Curipamba and Ruminahui.
