Allied Copper (CPR) has upsized its previously-announced private placement for gross proceeds of up to $4,000,000.

The company will issue up to 20,000,000 units at $0.20 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of twenty-four months.

The gross proceeds will be used to advance its pilot programs and general corporate matters.

All shares issued are subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Allied Copper is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring and developing copper and/or gold assets in the Western U.S.
