FireFox Gold Corp. (FFOX) intends to raise up to $2,500,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement.

The offering will consist of up to 25,000,000 units priced at $0.10 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.15 for two years following the closing of the offering.

All shares issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for the spring drilling program and other exploration work on FireFox’s Mustajärvi project in Finland.

The offering will close on or about March 23, 2023.
