TMO: Hello, Cynthia. It’s so great to see you again.

Le Sueur-Aquin: I’m really looking forward to sharing LAURION’s progress, particularly our focused gold exploration advancement efforts at the Ishkõday.

The Ishkõday Project has great potential, and the team is very committed to advancing it thoughtfully and strategically. I look forward to sharing our journey and what lies ahead for LAURION, with you.

TMO: Can you give us more highlights into the mission and the core objectives within the mining sector and within your projects?

Le Sueur-Aquin: LAURION is focused on advancing its wholly owned mid-stage flagship property. It’s a 57.43 square kilometer project with a rich occurrence of both gold and base metals. It’s located 220 kilometers northeast of Thunder Bay and just 28 kilometers from the town of Beardmore. The Ishkõday Project spans approximately four townships of the Elmhirst, Walters, Pifher, Irwin and Summer Townships. LAURION embraces the mantra of the One Property, One Focus with unwavering commitment to advancing our Ishkõday Project. LAURION’s core mission is to enhance our shareholder value. Through discipline exploration and the potential realization of Ishkõday’s vast mineral resources, the projects excellent strategic location offers year-round access. The proximity to essential infrastructure, including electricity, water, and skilled labor pool, supports efficient exploration and keeps costs manageable. With a singular focus on Ishkõday LAURION, we are dedicated to maximizing its values. Through meticulous planning and strategic partnerships to advance the project as a valuable resource for our shareholders and stakeholders.

TMO: How does the experience and expertise of LAURION’s management team, particularly under your leadership position, help the company to achieve its exploration and development goals?

Le Sueur-Aquin: Our management team at LAURION is experienced. We’re all very deeply committed to bringing together very diverse expertise in geology, engineering, finance, and sustainability. With over 40 years of mining experience, I lead what I believe to be an excellent team. One that is well equipped to execute a complex project and to drive the company goals at Ishkõday. Our strategic approach in technical knowledge enables us to manage exploration risks effectively. We’re able to optimize our drilling programs and sustain LAURION’s growth through very sound financial and operational decisions.

TMO: Can you give us the strategic advantages that the Ishkõday project offers that justify LAURION’s concentrated focus on this single project?

Le Sueur-Aquin: The Ishkõday Project represents an exceptional opportunity for LAURION, thanks to its very favorable location and geological setting, and the one property, one focus approach. The Ishkõday Project contains two very distinct mineralization styles, an early synvolcanic system with gold, silver, zinc, copper mineralization and a later orogenic gold system. Each of these systems are marked by a unique vein texture, mineralization and alteration, highlighting Ishkõday’s rich and diverse geological profile. It’s a very rich mineralization profile for gold, silver, zinc, and copper within a six-kilometer mineralized corridor. LAURION’s targeted focus enables the corporation to leverage its extensive geoscientific database and refine exploration strategies to systematically unlock our projects potential.

TMO: Can you elaborate on the objectives and the expected outcomes of the Fall 2024 drilling program at the Ishkõday Project, and also how it builds upon previous exploration successes?

Le Sueur-Aquin: We are progressing through our current drill program through to the end of 2024. The fall drilling program at the Ishkõday is focused on expanding resources around our historic Sturgeon River mine. There is testing of high grade zones identified in previous drill campaigns. So, utilizing our enhanced 3D modeling, we are precisely targeting these high-grade zones to optimize our exploration efforts. LAURION’s Ishkõday drill program includes infill and step out drilling in the Sturgeon River mine mineralized area. This is to boost resource confidence and expand on the strike, width and depth extent. This also expands exploration to new high potential zones like the 85M M24, M 25 to the northeast of the shaft. of the Brenbar mine. This is located to the west of the Sturgeon River mine.

Additionally, a comprehensive prospecting initiative has been underway. This is focusing west of the Sturgeon River mine towards the Brenbar area and will identify new targets proximal to our historic drilling and work. With a very dedicated 2025 budget. We plan further robust drill programs and deep Magneto Tellurics and 2D IP geophysics. Along with this we have additional mapping activities to refine our exploration targets further.

TMO: What strategic considerations led to the engagement of a leading financial advisory firm. Furthermore how does this relationship align with LAURION’s long-term growth and value creation strategies?

Le Sueur-Aquin: LAURION is very, very focused on our strategies. Our engagement with a leading US financial advisory firm kind of reflects our commitment to advancing shareholder value in pursuing opportunities that align with our long-term growth strategy. This partnership provides expert guidance and capital management. As well as strategic transactions supporting the corporations forward looking objectives for Ishkõday Project and beyond. With their expertise LAURION is better positioned to evaluate a variety of opportunities, These include acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, or other significant transactions that may accelerate this project development or generate immediate returns. So, by leveraging this collaboration, LAURION enhances its ability to remain very agile and strategically focused. This ensures that any pursued opportunity aligns with the best interests of our stakeholders while maintaining our core exploration focus. The corporation remains very, very dedicated to transparency, and of course, will always promptly communicate any material changes as they occur.
