Shares of Hemlo Mining (TSX:HMMC) will begin trading on the TSX at Monday’s market open, in conjunction with a de-listing from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The company’s main asset, the Hemlo mine, located near Marathon, Ontario, has produced more than 25 million ounces of gold since 1985 from underground and open pit operations, including 143,458 ounces in 2025, with a 14-year mine life still ahead of it.
The mine, acquired for up to US$1.09 billion from Barrick in September 2025, boasts average all-in sustaining costs of less than US$1,550 per ounce, representing a steep discount to the price of US$4,336.61 per ounce at the time of writing.
According to Hemlo Mining’s June 2026 investor deck, the mine is positioned for significant scale through resource, reserve and infrastructure optimization, plus exploration upside across a more than 45,000-hectare land package, guided by a leadership team that combines technical and financial experience with meaningful insider ownership.
