The company said the securities issued under the listed issuer financing exemption are not subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.

Antimony Resources expects to use the net proceeds to fund exploration and development activities at its Bald Hill Antimony Project in southern New Brunswick, Canada, and for general working capital purposes. The company also disclosed a $180,000 cash finder’s fee payable to an arm’s length third party for services related to the financing.

In the same release, Antimony Resources highlighted project details it attributes to prior work, including that drilling has outlined mineralization in the Main Zone over 600 metres in length and to a depth of at least 350 metres, and that mineralization remains open in all directions. The company also referenced a National Instrument 43-101 technical report dated March 2, 2026, which described an exploration target for the drilled area of approximately 2.7 million tonnes grading between 3% and 4% antimony, while cautioning that the estimate is conceptual and that there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource.
