A.C.L. Construction Ltd. (TSXV: ACL) said the TSX Venture Exchange suspended trading in the company’s securities effective Oct. 6, 2026, following a failure-to-file cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission the prior day.

A.C.L. Construction said reinstatement to trading is not automatic. It said it must submit a written reinstatement application to the exchange after it files its annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates, and after the cease trade order has been revoked and other exchange requirements have been met.

The exchange has advised the company that if it does not complete reinstatement to Tier 2 of the exchange, or cannot meet Tier 2 continued listing requirements, by Jan. 5, 2027, the exchange may transfer the company’s securities to NEX without further notice, the release said.

A.C.L. Construction said it continues to work toward completing the required filings and anticipates it will be in a position to remedy the default on or before Nov. 27, 2026.

A.C.L. Construction describes itself as a heavy equipment contractor working on highway, civil and oilfield projects, with services including project management, reclamation and remediation, and aggregate sales.
