C3 Metals (CCCM) has announced a non-brokered private placement for process proceeds of up to $5,000,000.

The company will issue up to 100,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per common share. C3 will use the gross proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Closing of the offering is subject to receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals. 

All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a hold period of four months.

C3 Metals is a junior minerals exploration company focusing on the discovery and development of large copper and gold deposits. 

The company holds the Jasperoide project which is located in the prolific high-grade Andahuaylas-Yauri Porphyry-Skarn belt of Southern Peru. Mineralization at Jasperoide is hosted in a similar geological setting to the nearby major mining operations at Las Bambas (MMG), Constancia (Hudbay) and Antapaccay (Glencore).

C3 Metals other projects include Main Ridge, Arthur seat, Bellas gate and Hungry gully project in Jamaica as well as Rogers creek royalty project in Jamaica.
