Datametrex (DM) has announced the acquisition of EV Connect Solutions Inc.

EV Connect Solutions is a private Ontario company focused on the emerging global electric vehicle charging infrastructure market estimated to reach US$147.94 billion by 2030.

Datametrex has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of EV Connect for a purchase price of $10,000,000. The company issued 66,666,667 common shares at a price of $0.15 per share.

Marshall Gunter, CEO of Datametrex, sat down with Sabrina Cuthbert to discuss the news.
