Dynamic Technologies Group (DTG) has announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of approximately C$5,000,000.

The company will issue 16,000,000 units at a price of C$0.3125 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to one additional share at a price of $0.50 for twenty-four months. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.

The offering will close in multiple tranches the first of which is anticipated to close on April 14, 2022.
