Strategic Resources Inc. (TSXV:SR) and Cipher Neutron Inc. have announced they have executed a collaboration agreement to study supplying the BlackRock Project’s metallurgical facility (owned by Strategic Resources) in Saguenay, Québec with Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolysers. These AEM Electrolysers manufactured by Cipher Neutron will be designed to produce green hydrogen to support the transition to green steel.
