Strathmore Plus Uranium Corporation (SUU) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $600,000.

The company will issue 1,818,181 units at $0.33 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of 24 months.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Strathmore Plus is a uranium exploration company focused on in-situ recoverable uranium deposits in the State of Wyoming.
