Strathmore Plus Uranium (SUU) has increased the size of its previously announced private placement from C$600,000 to C$1,400,000 at $0.33 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one whole common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of $0.40 per share for a period of 24 months following the date of issuance.

The company may pay finder’s fees in connection with the offering in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Strathmore intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general working capital purposes.

The securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period from the date of issue of the units.

The offering remains subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. is a uranium exploration company focused on in-situ recoverable uranium deposits in the State of Wyoming.
