Visionary Gold Corp. (VIZ) has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement.

Visionary Gold Corp. will sell up to 35,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,750,000.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one half of one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the company at a price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the offering.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund its 2022 exploration program and for general working capital purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about July 15, 2022.

Visionary Gold Corp is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company focused on new precious and base metals discoveries in Fremont County, Wyoming.
