Dynamic Technologies Group (DTG) has closed the first tranche of its private placement for gross proceeds of C$1.25 million.

The company issued 4 million units at a price of C$0.3125 per unit under the first tranche. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to one additional share at a price of $0.50 for twenty-four months. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.

Dynamic is a leader in the design engineering, production, and commissioning of media-based attractions and ride systems for the theme park industry and entertainment destinations.

Dynamic Technologies Group Inc. (DTG) is up 1.75 per cent on the day, trading at $0.29 per share at 4:15 pm ET.
