React Gaming (RGG) has closed the first tranche of a $5,000,000 private placement of units.

Under the first tranche, React Gaming issued 6,350,000 units at $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $635,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share for a period of 48 months from the date of issue at an exercise price of $0.12.

Warrants are subject to an acceleration clause.

The securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Net proceeds will be used for administrative and other general working capital purposes.
