FBR Ltd. (OTCQB:FBRKF) announced that its first next-generation Hadrian X construction robot has arrived in the United States.

In a news release, the Australian robotics company stated the construction robot will be transported to a facility in Fort Myers, Florida.

Known for its precision and efficiency, the Hadrian X is in a position to transform the construction industry, intending to streamline building processes and significantly reduce labour costs.

Once the testing is complete, the company will receive a US$600,000 payment by CRH Ventures and trigger the commencement of the demonstration program, which will require FBR to construct the external walls of between five and 10 single-storey houses utilizing the Hadrian X machine with its 32-metre telescopic boom arm.

A cutting-edge robotic bricklayer, the Hadrian X has already made waves in Australia, where it demonstrated its ability to lay bricks with high speed and accuracy. Capable of constructing the brick framework of a house in just a few days, the robot uses 3D printing technology and sophisticated algorithms to place bricks with millimetre precision. This innovation not only accelerates the construction timeline but also ensures a level of consistency and quality that is difficult to achieve with manual labour. At a time of labour shortages and high construction costs, this represents an engaging proposition for the construction industry.

FBR Ltd. designs, develops, and builds dynamically stabilized robots designed to work outdoors using the company’s core Dynamic Stabilization Technology.

FBR Ltd. (OTCQB:FBRKF) last traded at US$0.044 per share.
