Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV:RDS) has increased the size of its previously announced bought deal private placement to C$25 million.
The company and Cormark Securities Inc., on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters, have agreed to issue 41,667,000 Class A common shares at a price of C$0.60 per share. Gross proceeds will total C$25,000,200.
As part of the amendment, the underwriters have waived their option to further increase the size of the offering. The company expects the placement to close on or about October 7, 2025, subject to regulatory and exchange approvals.
Radisson said the net proceeds will be used for ongoing exploration and advancement of its O’Brien gold project, along with general corporate purposes.
The offering will be conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption set out in National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions and amended by Coordinated Blanket Order 45-935.
Under this exemption, the offered shares acquired by Canadian investors will not be subject to a statutory hold period.
The shares may also be sold in the United States under exemptions to the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, and in other jurisdictions where permitted, provided no additional prospectus or reporting obligations arise.
