Voxtur Analytics (VXTR) has announced a fully subscribed private placement for gross proceeds of approximately $12.5 million.

The company will issue 12,260,000 common shares at an offering price of $1.02 to two institutional investors who have agreed to purchase the full offering amount.

Voxtur has engaged Eight Capital as the lead agent and bookrunner. Eight Capital will receive a 6 per cent cash commission and broker warrants.

The offering is expected to close on or about May 13, 2022.

Net proceeds will be used for future acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes.

The closing of the offering is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals including the conditional approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Voxtur is a real estate technology company. The company offers targeted data analytics to simplify tax solutions, property valuation and settlement services.

Voxtur Analytics Corp. (VXTR) is up 4.95 per cent, trading at C$1.06 per share at 11:35 am ET.
