bettermoo(d) Food Corporation (MOOO) announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000.

Under the offering, the company will issue up to 9,090,909 units at $0.33 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years following the closing date of the offering.

The company will issue common shares to Amalfi Corporate Services Ltd for administrative services rendered to support the financing.

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

bettermoo(d) Food Corporation is a Vancouver-based beverage company focused on delivering plant-based dairy alternatives. Its products include plant-based Buetter (Butter), Moogurt (Yogurt), Cheese, Ice Cream, Sour Cream, and Creme Fraiche.
