Rritual Superfoods (RSF) is pleased to announce that, due to strong demand, it has increased the size of its previously announced C$3,000,000 bought deal offering.

The underwriter has agreed to purchase 8,000,000 units at a price of C$0.50 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$4,000,000.

The company has agreed to grant the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 units. In the event the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the aggregate gross proceeds of the offering will be $4,600,000.

The offering is expected to close on or about September 8, 2021.
